These Terms of Service govern each order placed with VignetteGO. VignetteGO is an independent paid assistance and registration service operated by KarmaPower s.r.o.; it is not a government authority, official toll operator or state website. The version displayed and accepted when an order is submitted applies to that order, subject to mandatory consumer law.
VignetteGO is owned and operated by KarmaPower, s.r.o.
By placing an order, you appoint and authorise VignetteGO to use the details you provide. A VignetteGO specialistโnot an automated fulfillment systemโmanually performs the official registration and purchases the selected e-vignette on your behalf through the relevant verified toll-operator portal or authorised channel. The service is intended to reduce the customer's administrative and language burden and the risk of mistakes or using an unverified look-alike sales site. Payment does not activate a vignette.
โ ๏ธ Manual performance, timing and proof of validity
The website may accept orders at any time, but staff fulfillment and support operate only MonโSun, 06:00โ18:00 CET/CEST. Orders placed outside those hours wait for the next operating window. We do not promise completion within 2, 3, 15 or any other fixed number of minutes or hours unless a specific written promise is shown for that order. Payment and a requested start date are not proof of activation. The customer must not use a tolled road until the official registration is completed and the official confirmation has been received and checked. If we cannot process the order or need clarification, we will inform the customer. Before the official purchase is completed, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund.
Express request for early performance
Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, the customer separately and expressly requests VignetteGO to begin performing the service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. This does not limit mandatory remedies for defective, incorrect or late performance.

โ ๏ธ Data Accuracy Responsibility:
Provide complete and accurate vehicle, product, requested-date, contact and personal information required for the selected official portal.
VignetteGO uses the customer-provided data to perform the requested manual registration through the relevant verified official portal or authorised channel. We submit the information as provided unless the customer corrects it before official submission.
The customer is responsible for errors in the information they supplied. This does not exclude responsibility for errors introduced by VignetteGO or any rights that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
โ Before You Submit:
Check all vehicle, country, product and requested-date information carefully before payment. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once details have been submitted to an official portal, correction or cancellation may be restricted or impossible under that operator's rules.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. The total price shown before payment includes the official charge and the VignetteGO service fee. Payment authorises VignetteGO to begin the requested manual service, but it does not itself activate a vignette. The selected start date remains a request until confirmed by the official purchase record.
โ ๏ธ Finality of Registration:
Once the selected vignette has been purchased through the official portal, cancellation and refund of the official charge depend on the relevant toll operator's rules. The VignetteGO service fee is generally earned when the manual service has been fully performed. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective, incorrect or late performance.

* Price Composition: Each displayed amount is the total price charged by VignetteGO and includes the official vignette or toll charge plus our service fee. Our service fee covers a specialist manually submitting the customer-provided details and purchasing the selected product on the customer's behalf through a verified official toll-operator portal or authorised channel, secure payment processing, multi-country administration, written support and delivery of the purchase confirmation. This helps reduce administrative friction, data-entry mistakes and exposure to unverified look-alike sales sites. Payment starts an order request; it does not itself activate a vignette.
VignetteGO is responsible for performing the agreed intermediary service with reasonable care. We do not control the availability or decisions of official toll systems and third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any other contractual liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms prospectively. The version displayed and accepted when an order is submitted governs that order; later changes do not retroactively alter an existing order. Material changes will be identified on the website.
