โ ๏ธ Data Accuracy Responsibility:
All data entered by the customer is their sole responsibility. Any typos, misspellings, or incorrectly entered information (including but not limited to license plate numbers, vehicle types, validity periods, and personal details) are exclusively the customer's own responsibility.
VignetteGO transmits all customer-provided data in unchanged form to official government portals for vignette registration. We use the information exactly as we receive it from the customer.
Any errors or typos in the submitted data cannot be corrected after registration, and claims based on customer-provided incorrect data will not be accepted.
โ Before You Submit:
We strongly recommend that you verify all entered information at least twice (2ร) before submitting the order form and before completing the payment. Once submitted, the data cannot be changed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required before vignette activation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes and fees.
โ ๏ธ Finality of Registration:
Once your vignette has been registered with the official government portal, the transaction is final and irreversible. The vignette fee is immediately paid to the state authorities, and this process cannot be undone. Therefore, no refunds are possible after registration.

Approximately 50% of the total price corresponds to the official highway vignette fee payable to the respective national road authority. The remaining portion covers the essential operational and technical infrastructure costs required to deliver our service, including: secure payment processing, multi-language customer support, real-time vignette registration systems, automated confirmation delivery, 24/7 system availability, data security compliance, and ongoing platform maintenance. This transparent pricing structure ensures reliable, immediate vignette registration while providing you with professional support throughout your journey.
VignetteGo acts as an intermediary service. We are not responsible for issues with official vignette systems, road authorities, or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
