1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds on purchases made through VignetteGo. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

VignetteGO is owned and operated by KarmaPower, s.r.o.

2. Digital Product Nature

VignetteGo provides digital electronic vignettes that are activated immediately upon successful payment. These are official government-issued documents that cannot be returned or physically refunded once activated.

โš ๏ธ Important Notice:

Once your vignette has been registered with the official government portal, the transaction is final and irreversible. The vignette fee is immediately paid to the state authorities, and this process cannot be undone. Therefore, no refunds are possible after registration.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Processing Error: If we fail to process your vignette order due to a technical error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • Incorrect Information Provided by Us: If we provided incorrect information that led to an invalid vignette, we will process a refund.
  • Service Unavailability: If our service is unavailable and we cannot fulfill your order within 24 hours, you may request a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • If you provided incorrect vehicle information (license plate, vehicle type, etc.)
  • If you changed your mind after the vignette has been activated
  • If you no longer need the vignette after purchase
  • If the vignette was successfully activated and is valid
  • If you violated traffic regulations and received a fine (this is not related to our service)
  • If you purchased a vignette for the wrong country or duration
  • If the vignette has already been registered with the official government portal

4a. Customer Data Responsibility

โš ๏ธ Critical Information:

All data entered by the customer is their sole responsibility. Any typos, misspellings, or incorrectly entered information (including but not limited to license plate numbers, vehicle types, validity periods, and personal details) are exclusively the customer's own responsibility.

VignetteGO uses all customer-provided data in unchanged form for vignette registration on all official government portals. We transmit the information exactly as we receive it from the customer. Therefore:

  • Any errors or typos in the submitted data cannot be corrected after registration
  • Claims based on customer-provided incorrect data will not be accepted
  • Refunds are not available for vignettes registered with incorrect customer-provided information

โœ… Before You Submit:

We strongly recommend that you verify all entered information at least twice (2ร—) before submitting the order form and before completing the payment. Once submitted, the data cannot be changed.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at info@vignettego.com or call +420 737 531 777 (Support Hours Monโ€“Fri, 09:00โ€“18:00 CET)
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days

6. Refund Timeframe

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Other payment methods: 10-14 business days
  • The exact timeframe depends on your bank or payment provider

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
