# VignetteGO > VignetteGO is an independent paid assistance service for European electronic highway vignettes. It is operated by KarmaPower, s.r.o. and is not a government authority, toll operator or official state website. Customers can submit one multi-country order in 31 languages and pay in a supported currency. After payment, a VignetteGO specialist manually registers and purchases each selected e-vignette on the customer's behalf through the relevant verified official toll-operator portal or authorised channel. Manual fulfillment and customer support operate Monday–Sunday, 06:00–18:00 Central European local time (CET/CEST). Orders may be submitted at any time, but orders placed outside operating hours wait for the next operating window. VignetteGO does not promise completion within any fixed number of minutes or hours unless a specific written promise is displayed for that order. Payment and a requested start date do not activate a vignette. A vehicle is covered only after official registration has been completed and from the actual validity shown in the official purchase confirmation. Its nationwide free-flow electronic toll system is scheduled to launch on 1 March 2027. VignetteGO plans to add Croatia to its portfolio from that launch; registration or purchase for the future system is not currently available through VignetteGO. --- ## How an order works 1. The customer selects the countries, products and requested start dates. 2. The customer supplies accurate contact and vehicle data required by the relevant official portals. 3. The customer reviews the request, accepts the applicable Terms of Service and Refund Policy, expressly requests early performance where applicable, and pays through Stripe. 4. The paid order enters the manual fulfillment queue. 5. During operating hours, a VignetteGO specialist performs the official registrations and purchases. 6. The customer receives a fulfillment message and checks the available official purchase confirmations before driving. The immediate payment or order-confirmation email is not proof of a valid vignette. --- ## Refund and cancellation summary Before the official purchase is completed, the customer may request cancellation and a full refund. After an official purchase, cancellation and refund of the official charge depend on the relevant toll operator's rules. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for defective, incorrect or late performance remain unaffected.
